Full hearing test to make sure your hearing aids are set exactly to the audio levels you need as an individual.I am very happy with the quality of hearing aids also.So happy with my hearing aids. My wife says I don’t talk so loud when I wear my hearing aids. They take car care of insurance paperwork. They include cleaning and maintenance for you when needed. They have several locations in the Tri-state for the convenience of where you live.

Personally, they charge me $65 ever time I go there. I just wanted them clean, that’s all. But he had to check my ears which are ok. I might go elsewhere in the near future. Nice people but I think $65 too much.

We have had a fantastic experience with Drew and Melody at Hearing Works! My 15-year-old has many health issues secondary to Chiari Malformation, including bilateral tinnitus. Several professionals have told us that they can do nothing to help her. Drew spent over an hour with us discussing her symptoms, explaining the treatment options, and testing to see if masking would help her. He even pointed us in the direction of some professionals who may be able to provide additional insight into how to treat her tinnitus. In the end, we found that masking will probably be helpful, and Drew is going to take care of getting it paid for by our insurance company. My daughter has never been more hopeful that she might be able to get some relief!

Great to work with! Over 50 and I noticed that I’d been asking people to repeat themselves pretty frequently, so I figured it was time to get my hearing checked. Receptionist (Melody) was great and scheduled me in within a week. Drew was wonderful to work with on the hearing check. He did an excellent job explaining what to do and what my results mean. All in all, I’m glad I didn’t put off testing and I’m happy to be working with this office for my hearing needs. If you’ve been thinking you should probably get your hearing checked, just DO IT. Sooner is better if you do need hearing aids, and if you don’t need them, you’ll have a baseline to compare with for the future (plus peace of mind 🙂
