I am very impressed by the empathy and thoroughness of the Providers at Hearing Works. A reluctant and disbelieving relative was pleasantly surprised by the information he received on hearing loss to increase his understanding of the process behind hearing aid fittings and how when you correct sooner, you gain more benefit. After being dragged in for the free exam, I actually overheard him explaining the process to a just as stubborn elderly relative. Here’s to not having to yell to be heard at family dinners!
